Basics of Kick, Punch, React is a Free 2 day interactive webinar where you will learn the basics to fight choreography.
Day 1 Saturday September 30th from 5-7pm cst.
5:15-6:30pm - We will focus on kicking and striking.
6:30-7pm cool down Q & A
Day 2 Sunday October 1st from 5-7pm cst.
5:15-6:30pm - Focus on building choreography & reactions.
